I keep mine anywhere from 50-70%, mostly because it's very dry in my home, and a sudden dip in my humidity source will take me 20% lower in minutes. Generally speaking, somewhere between 40-60% is a good bet. If your sheds take a long time, or come off in pieces, consider going to the higher end of that range. Other than that, you should be set.
