I am in an area where it is not unusual to have 5-20 deer in my yard at any given time. I have seen these deer jump a 5 ft fence with ease. I have no doubt that if they wanted to they could jump much much higher. Around my yard i am building a fence with a hotwire around it to keep any unwanted wildlife out. My concern is that one of the lil guys could get stomped on by a spooked deer or that one could be jumping the fence and get hit that way. Any body had this issue? Should i be concerned with this?
