His tail doesn't look too thin, but his arms are pretty puny. Someone here once suggested ripping the head off a meal worm and wiping the body (juicy side) along the lips of the leo which might trigger it to eat. When mine went off feed she took to the wax worms, which became problematic for a while because she tried holding out for them. Try the crickets too, movement is a good stimulus.
Also, when was the last bowel movement and shed?
