Well, Enola gained and the eggs seemed barely visible until about two weeks ago, then she just looked round like a potato pancake and ate like a pig until about a week ago.

That male is 15 inches long with part of his tail missing. He is a very big boy and he is probably around 10 years old, from what I am told by Maureen and Tom. I do not know if they mated. He had problems when he came here late last year with metabolic issues. It wasn't calcium related as I took him to the vet for blood work. He leveled out, but retained some paralysis in two of his legs. They are in sight of other chucks and I did see lots of head bobbing, but I never actually saw mating, but then I have been super busy. Anyway, I had to toss one bad egg so far, but most of the rest seem to be hardening up, so we'll see.
