I assume all Jungles in the US have some coastal blood in them, purely by virtue of the fact they were both bred for years before jungles were recognized as being something more that just a nice carpet python, but a legitimate subspecies.
Zebra carpets made it out of Oz, so there are some "true jungles" making it into europe on occasion.
For us in the US, when lineage is unknown physical appearance can be enough to label an animal, we're really dealing with phenotypes at this point. This doesn't appear to have any Irian Jaya (now called western papuan)in it and I'd have no problem calling it M.s.cheynei. ----- "Nothing happens in contradiction to nature, only to what we know of it."
