I am currently sitting next to my little over 7 month old tiger retic named Lilith (Lily for short cuz she's just a little thing right now). She's about 3-3.5 ft long, my husband and I can't get her to sit still long enough for us to measure properly, eating well and growing like mad (about as big around as a half dollar now, just quarter sized when we got her) She pounds food like crazy, healthy as the proverbial horse.
What is concerning me is this strange new behavior she's exhibiting. She has been pushing her nose around the edges of the container we have her in, trying to lift the lid on it for the past 45 minutes now! I have the edges weighted, so there's no way she can lift it more than a centimeter or so, but I am highly concerned as to why she might be doing this. Can anyone help me out here? Enclosed is a link to the type of container we have her in until we can get her a Boaphile or similar enclosure. We have multiple small holes in the lid for airflow, a heatlamp positioned over half the container, waterdish, hide and everything provided. All I want to do is keep my baby girl happy, is there something I'm not doing for her? Sterilite container
