Another couple companies you might check out are Monster Cages and Boamaster. Matt(Monster Cages) makes his out of polypropylene, which is hypo-allergenic, and they are also thermo welded. Leakproof to the best of my knowledge. I've seen these firsthand, and they are nice tanks. Plus he'll also custom build to your specs.
Mark(Boamaster)just recently started started producing PVC cages, and while they are "knockdown" type cages, they are very nice cages for the price.
