yes this specie is easy to dehydrate, but in a well design cage this should not happen.

my best cages for any lizards ar 45gal plastic barils, in them you can put a good foot of dirt-sand mix a few plants and never have a need to wary about hydration unless you have too much ventilation or heat?

a simple ordinary 25w bulb is all your lizard will ever need, a dosen 3.8 holes is plenty vent. in these lizards feel safe and do well.

dont water your lizards its a stress
