Hello!
Im very new to the world of turtles and snappers in particular. I've kept bearded dragons for a while, but i havent in 5 years.
Im in possesion of a 30 gal. (i believe) terra/aquarium inside of my carnivorous plant greenhouse, and thought it would be extremely cool to have some sort of carnivorous creature inhabit the terra/aquairum. I originally wanted pirannah, but that wasnt happening haha.
Im considering making the aquarium a "southern bog", complete with peaty (peat moss) water, an aquatic carnivorous plant, and other such things.
Would a baby snapper be feasible to keep? The greenhouse will be anywhere from 80s-50s with maybe a 5 to 10 degree swing either way in the winter/summer. The water will idealy be slightly acidic and "murky"...
Im extremely new so i'll get to reading! Thanks for the help! Frankie
