It took me about 3 weeks to get her figured out. I tried everything from chicks, to rats, to large mice, live and dead nothing worked. She was always interested but never enough....until I decided to feed her in the water. I just put about about 2-3 inches of water around 80-82 degrees in a rubbermaid put her in and let her settle a few minutes. I offered frozen/thawed medium rat and after about 2 seconds of smelling it she exploded on it. I feed her in water everytime now. I'm pretty sure she would eat now without the water but I don't want to screw up a good thing. I don't keep her in water, all she has is a small drinking dish, but she is bathed everytime she pees or poops because she enjoys laying in it. She is a bit over 7 feet now by the way taking XXXL rats with a passion! [ Reply To This Message ] [ Subscribe to this Thread ] [ Show Entire Thread ] | ||
