Minimum cage size for adults should be around 160 x 80 x 80 cm.
They can be kept in pairs and they can eat a lot if allowed to but should not be overfed.
10 larger insects per week plus some fruit are enough.
Males can reach up to 90 cm, but most do not exceed 55 to 65 cm in total lenght. Females stay smaller (on averadge 45 to 55 cm) and only reach about 2/3 of the weight of an adult male.
And yes, they live longer: Up to 30 years, maybe more.
Hope that helps

Ingo
