>>I've been keeping my Colombian in his outside enclosure so he can get as much.natural uv as possible. It is starting to drop to the mid 60s at night and was wondering how low of night temps is ok. I'm a little nervous putting lamps out there because of possible rain so I will have to rig a lamp shelter when needed. Any advice?

Low-60's is the lowest I would keep him. Otherwise you start to risk respiratory infection. Years ago I moved to a new house and had to keep my Colombian in the garage for two nights. The temps were maybe high 50's. When I got her settled inside and took her out, she really startled me. She was shaky and really had the appearance of cold shock. Now she's inside again and I make sure she never gets below high 60's at night. She's in the 70's at night for maybe 9-10 months of the year.
