Posted by: Z_G_Reptiles at Sun Aug 29 22:36:33 2010 [ Report Abuse ] [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by Z_G_Reptiles ] Alot of people look at bloods and think they're a fat snake so when they have a 5 1/2' blood that's 40lbs they think it's normal, they have a very slow metabolism and are prone to obesity so you just need to keep an eye on it and alter the food depending on it's weight and they dont need a rodent that is as big around as they are, it's just not necessary.
