Terry they are great snakes. I was waiting for some more experienced keepers to reply to you but I have two pair that I have been raising for over a year. I was a little concerned because of their snake eating habits but they were easy to get onto mice and have never looked back and I don't think they have ever missed a meal. None of them has ever offered to bite. Take the plunge, they are worth it.
