I just noticed that you are talking about a 20 long,That is a bit small in my opinion for making a community tank. for mixing species I would suggest a minimum of a 45 gallons of space. For your 20 I would only recommend the fully aquatic species, like newts and dwarf frogs, with one terrestrial species.
