That male Anery Corn was collected in the Devil's Garden area, which is known for having very colorful corns. My hope would be that these maintain a gray background while having dark red blotches, sort of like giant Miami corns!

Only 2.1 good hatchlings made it out of this clutch. The rest were pretty deformed, I think as a result of high incubation temps. My only other corn snake clutch (fathered by the same male) also produced a lot of deformed snakes. Seems like rat snake eggs in general are not as heat tolerant as king snake eggs. I'll fix the incubation issues next year.
