Go to:

http://www.kingsnake.com/connect/account/details

Add your Twitter handle and your Flickr username.

The Flickr one can be tricky. You need to add what's displayed on Flickr where they say "Hi So and So" on your Flickr landing page.

Then scroll down to the bottom of the form and select "yes" to show your latest tweet and Flickr photo stream.
