Click on the Connections tab in the toolbar or in your user badge (top right).

The first box shows you who has logged into connect.

The second box "Your current connections" shows you the people you have connected with and if there are more than 15 you will get the page links to jump through them all.

You can see your outstanding connections by clicking on the "Connect Requests" link in the user badge (top right).
