Hate to be a pessimist, but it seems to me that this kind of activity is kept quiet anyway, so enforcing it is going to be difficult except in the cases where idiots brag openly about gassing dens - especially considering it is already illegal. I'm going to write a letter, but not sure how much good in the "real world" it will do.

I know it's not the point, but the bigger issue needs to be the elimination of the round-ups. There is no incentive to gas dens if there are no round-ups.
