She escaped from her tank one afternoon and I had to catch her and put her back before I went back to work for lunch. Didn't want the cat to get ahold of her. We had her for about 3 weeks and were slowly working our way to being able to touch her and hold her. Now, when I walk in the room her back turns a dark green and she runs and hides. I took her tank to the bathroom and let her crawl into the bathtub for a swim so that I could clean her tank, but had to touch her again to get her back in her tank. What is the best way to calm her down and get her used to us so we don't have an agressive iguana as she grows? She is approximately 1-2 months old now. This is our first iguana, but my Aunt and Uncle had one a few years ago, so not our first exposure. However, Charlie was already tame when they got her. So that part is very new to us!!
