Hey everyone, i have 2 yellow bellied sliders one male and one female. i just got the female 2 days ago and put them in the same tank togeather with a younger RES as well. previouse to this my male (speedy) had shared the tank with two large RES both 2 years old and would not stop mounting them, like he would not leave them alone ever. when we first put the female YBS he jumped right on her for the first day almost but now has no intrest in her.

So my question is this: is his sudden disintrest after spending almost an entire day on her mean they mated and he did his job and "got his rocks off" so to say?

and 2:if so when can i expect to start to feel eggs in my female and i feel forward of the legs in the soft part you can feel only when her back legs are out?
