Posted by: courtney2008 at Mon Oct 11 01:57:22 2010 [ Report Abuse ] [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by courtney2008 ] I recently picked up a new female blood python (approx. 1 year old) from a private owner, she appears a bit unhealthy to me, she is peaked at the spine and I later found out she came to me with mites. Previous owner said she was feeding her mice, I switched her to rats for the nutrition and am in the process of treating her and her terrarium for mites along with raising her humidity higher than it was.
