Do you have other reptiles? Do you have the new girl in quarentine?

The first thing would be, definitely, to get the mites under control. If she has mites, that definitely trumps any other health issues, and can quickly spread to all your other reptiles.

Have you ever dealt with mites? There's lots of good info out there, or you can ask here, but I'd get onto dealing with the mites ASAP.

Provent-a-Mite (PAM) seems to be the favorite of most but others have used Nix and some use a product called "de-flea".
