(Bothrops schlegeli)....they can be highly variable and can come in a myriad of different color and pattern varieties.
These neo=tropical pit viper's range from from southern Mexico, south through Central America into Colombia, Ecuador and western Venezuela.
Here is one of the "Golden" variety.
