So this weekend I bought a female albino KSB from a breeder that I know to be a honest high integrity individual. He warned me that she is a picky eater, but she is such a gorgeous snake I could not pass her up even though I know it is a risk.

I did get her to eat last night by braining a adult mouse. This is a good sign, but I am still braced for a puzzle to solve. I thought I would preemptively ask if anyone has any ideas. I have heard of feeding toads ect. anyone try this? I have also heard that sometimes breeding a female can solve picky eating, she is a bit light for that (about 200g) but she was born in 07 so she should be mature enough. (I also am itching to breed her as I have a really good looking male for her) I am inclined to wait and see how she eats.

I have a vet appointment to get her stool checked for parasites this weekend (something I do with every new snake I buy) and I plan on asking what she thinks. I am blessed that we have a vet here that specializes in birds and herps. Here is some pics of them. I would love to take pics of them together, but I'm waiting out a quarantine period.
