Well they better get ready to confascate all the Conservation research tortoises of the Fl.State Fish and wildlife cons. com. and the TSA Turtle survival Alliance an Internation turtle/tort.Conservation Org. and many more research org.in the USA because this is a common practice to mark them for study and identifacation. I have some here from a TSA rescue on breeding loan.(the famous 2001 hong kong confascation of 4.5 TONS of turtles/torts being smuggled into China)Once again singling out private people without equal treatment under the law,CLEARLY UNCONSTATUTIONAL. I wouldn't recomend it for a handle to carry a tortoise, but its not why, Hes charged with crulity. Just more AR (animal rights)liberal convaluted torchered logic.
