" I've seen bullseye Nelsons go for $600-$700 and one aberrant albino go for $1250"
Well, let's put it this way, in 2008 My friend Nathan Wells had some REAL nice "bullseye" amel nelsoni listed at $100 bucks each. And I'm sure they could be found today for considerably less. There is now way on earth an amel "bullseye" nelsoni could fetch anywhere near those prices you mentioned.
Now you can run across some folks that will have aberrant splotched amel "Sinaloan's" for sale at absolutely ridiculous prices, but the bare-bones fact of the matter is that there is no such thing as a GENUINE amel Sinaloan. They got their amel trait introduced into them from the amel nelsoni, and are therefore definite man-made crosses.
