There is no size specifics. Crocodiles (except Dwarf Croc) are class 1, Gavials and Tomistoma are Class 1, Black Caimans are class 1.

All other caimans are class 2, Alligators are class 2

American alligators require a special farming license I believe.

MAybe this size stuff is something new there tring to sneak in, should call them on it and make them remove that wording from your permit ...

I heard a lot of folks never even received there new permits even though they were approved/renewed.
