But they have a huge range going south of here.. including a few subspecies. . Anyway, they would not make good pets.. they are high-strung and their captive requirements are unknown but certainly difficult.. They have the behaviors and temperament of a ribbon snake crossed with a coachwhip! Plus their saliva is hemolytic or hemotoxic.. . Just admire them in nature.. isn't that enough? . Adios! .
