I have kept Dums in groups for years and never had issues until this year. I had a male kill a gravid female. SOOOO.... I will no longer keep them in groups, with the except for during the breeding process.
I know of other breeders that have kept pairs/trios together year round and have never had issues.
My suggestion would be, until they are big/old enough to breed, keep them seperately. ----- Pat Higdon - Higdons Herps, Tuttle, Oklahoma USA Oklahoma City Herpetological Society Member 4 dumerils boas, 1 bci boa, 3 burmese pythons, 1 reticulated python, 2 ball pythons, 1 borneo python, 12 bearded dragons, 4 leopard geckos & 1 sulcata tortoise
