if she's still having treatments for coccidia then its not really a good idea to let her go fully into brumation. Its fine if she's slow a day as long as she does come out and bask and eat. You can also just take away all the hides, so she has no suitable place to go to hide. Though this may start to stress her out after awhile.

If you have already finished treatment and its just a matter of getting her to hae a bowel movement, feed her high water content food items...hornworms, silkworms are good choices...or pureed carrots, squash or sweet potatoes. Typically after a teaspoon of one of these and she will go within a day or two.
