Yes, keeping it warm will allow it best to deal with what is going on. Hydration is the next immediate concern. Provided it hasn't/doesn't vomit, I would stomach tube it some pedialyte (83F). Start with small amounts; on an adult savanna I'd probably start with 50-80mls. If no signs of distress or regurgitation than after 2-4 hours give another dose. The next morning, move up to 125mls, every 12 hours.
This is not veterinary advice. I would actually forgo all of it, and take the savanna to a good herp vet; but in case this isn't a reasonable option, there you go.
