Hydration is the next immediate concern. Provided it hasn't/doesn't vomit, I would stomach tube it some pedialyte (83F). Start with small amounts; on an adult savanna I'd probably start with 50-80mls. If no signs of distress or regurgitation than after 2-4 hours give another dose.
