Anyone with experience breeding Timors?

My pair are 5-6 years old, and the female is far larger than the male. She's over 8' and solid. He's about 7' and thin. I've put them together for the past 2 years with no luck. Also, she tries to eat anything that comes in her cage, but I don't think they're cannabilistic.
