How to Hibernate Uros???

I have saharan/nigerian(U. geyri) and arabian(u. philbyi) what is the best method to hibernate them? how long? what temps? how much will they eat? if any? thanks anyone who can help

Bearded Dragons(orange, red,)

Uromastyx(orange saharan/nigerian and blue philbyi)

Box Turtles(yellow and orange easterns)

Gargoyle Geckos(red retic, normal)

Leopard Geckos(Connelly Red Stripes)
