I have no idea what the timetable is. I remain hopeful for a resolution and to get back online, but now we are in the UPS holiday shipping rush, and our issues are now far back on the UPS priority list. It will probably be first of the year before we see any progress.

I apologize for the inconvenience, I know it is tough.
