Complete twins can be genetic in nature, but most often than not, as far as I know, its more just a very rare occurrence in nature.

For the most part I hear of snakes having twins, basically two separate snakes come from the same egg. Only other twins I have heard for dragons are the joined ones which don't seem to survive for very long. Or at least I have not seen or heard of any adult conjoined dragon twins.

There is not cost difference between a regular bearded dragon or a twin. The only time a twin would be worth more if it happens to be one of the various bearded dragon morphs (ie silkback, translucent etc.) Maybe somebody would want to pay more to get both twins, but in general, nobody is likely to pay more for a 'twin' than they would for a regular baby of the same morph. (or wild type).
