Outdoor enclosure about 20 feet long by 20 feet wide, walled with a stuccoed/painted wall four feet high to prevent escapes, coverable with a greenhouse during winter to control hibernating temps. Each enclosure would have a boulder/soil mound in the middle allowing the collareds to climb high enough to see over the wall and enjoy a panoramic view. Also allows males to see each other in adjacent pens to get the testosterone flowing during mating season. Small tree like dwarf maple to provide shade without needing too much trimming.

Substrate suitable for tunneling and egg-laying. Allow natural incubation during warm months. Remove greenhouse during summer and let lizards live under direct sun. Entire facility enclosed in heavy-gauge wire to keep out predators like raccoons, hawks. Snake barrier also.

Plus assistants to help with maintenance.

Not that I've spent much time thinking about this or anything.
