Most vertebrates require the same the nutrients, more or less on certain nutrients depending on their life style, so it's not that complicated to make a food for tortoises and then iguanas. I think the iguanas would need more protein since they do quite a bit of climbing, especially the greens, so they need to build stronger muscles and bones.
