My husband built all of our enclosures, and he's very proud of them. They are steel frame, with all sides plywood and the front is Plexiglas, double doors. Ventilation holes drilled in the sides, and heat lamps on top. A piece of chicken wire is attached to keep him from coming in contact with the bulbs. Our jcp x diamond is a little better than 7ft now. His enclosure is 4ft long x 4ft high x 2ft deep (the second picture). He rarely uses the floor of the enclosure, but right now he is sick Please excuse the picture, his home is in a disarray, with all the cleaning we've had to do and fighting to remove a moody snake from his home.
The first picture is the dual tanks for our ball pythons. The top is 4ft long x 3ft high x 2ft deep. The bottom is 4ft long x 2.5ft high x 2ft deep. The enclosures are bolted together but can be separated to be moved as a separate units, or wheels are on the bottom so it can be moved as one unit.
Holds heat well, but humidity can sometimes be tricky. We need to add more decoration to the jcp's enclosure, but what we had in there he destroyed. What you see is what's left, lol. My husband is a steel fabricator, so building was fun for him. Just to give you an idea.
