there are not many, most use side forums to sell thier animals. I know the is DragonDave and Wil on thetegu.com. There is also a small breeder who popped up this year in St. Lious and i think he might actully still have some avalible. The post through fanu so check there. The last large breeder of blues was Rick of thetegu.com but he hasn't had any in a few years now, and thebluetegu.com i heard lost most if not all their animals. Underground sometimes has some and they often have albinos when they do. Not too many produced this year though. Hopefully in two years i'll be producing a few blues... fingures crossed
