I agree with the other comment - if you mount the light close to the front of the cage, it is easier on the eyes when you are servicing the cage.

You will not need to go with a larger light, that is for sure. You could go smaller if you want or need to. Personal taste certainly applies. I tend to prefer the smallest size that enables viewing. I have used smaller bulbs than you have listed for similar-sized cages that have worked well.
