I have tried various canned foods for dragons and some are eaten and others are ignored. The 'Can O'" range of canned foods (insects cooked in the can) seem to be accepted fine by my dragon. I would stick with natural dragon feeder insects from this range, and not use any of the 'seafood' choices...like shrimp, which is more for turtles and other aquatic animals. The crickets, superworms, grass hoppers and silkworms (though I don't like the silkworms as its not the worms used, but the pupae, with just the cocoon removed. I don't think these are as nutritious as the worm before it forms a cocoon).
The freeze dried mixed fruits/vegetables and greens where you just add warm water before feeding...my dragon totally ignored. My blue tongued skinks ate it though.
For the most part these are fine as the occasional treat but I don't recommend feeding them as a staple, unless its the only source of insects available. They can get expensive though to feed as a staple, especially considering how cheap it is to order insects online. ----- PHLdyPayne
