I acquired an adult pair of recently imported yellowtails, originating from Paraguay, in mid-November. The male started feeding right away on f/t chicks. After two weeks, the female finally started on f/t quail and moved onto chicks. These snakes are easy to handle, once you've picked them up. The male shed two days ago and is pictured here. The female appears to be gravid and is in a shed.
