Congrats on getting a rosy. They are the best, IMO.
First off, yes, all rosy can interbreed. However most breeders try to keep their rosys locality pure.

As for identification, it is impossible to know what locality a rosy is without a trustworthy history of that specific individual. Many rosy boa freaks are pretty good at locality guessing, but they are still just guesses. Fun to guess, but just don't ever represent it's offspring as being locality specific based on a guess.

The image you posted is of a coastal rosy.
You would probably find the rosy boa image project very useful. Over 700 images of rosys from just about every locality and morph that is known.
