That is a California kingsnake(L.getula californiae). That particular captive-produced morph is known in the hobby as a "high-white", or "banana" Cal. king even though some are more white or beige.

I am betting it got loose from a pet store in the mall. If you plan to keep it, I would suggest you get an inexpensive book on common kingsnakes and read it. They are simple to keep, but their basic husbandry needs have to be addressed so they can thrive and don't get serious health issues.

If you don't have an interest in keeping it, I would try to find the pet shop in the mall and simply return it.
