Is the room temp below 85°F?

I'm not familiar with the heat products you mentioned.

What are the room temps? and what is the current substrate? Decorations? and lighting for the tank?

Also is this a screen topped glass aquaria?

BTW to make the degree sign hold the alt key and type 0176.
