Also, does anyone have any experience keeping a male and female together outside of breeding activities? I was thinking it would be cool to have get a juvenile pair and house them together until they were subadults, then get them their own caging. A 5x2x2 cage seems like it would hold two bredli till the subadult stage, any advice? I know the usual issues with feeding/stress that could arise and would feed separately and make sure there is plenty of hide and basking spots so neither gets stressed out.
