well sure, but they labeled the classifieds with common names and then left the interpretation up to those same folks who may or may not know the difference.

It's clear that if you want the users to follow the system, you have to tell them what is expected, and it could be as simple as a mouse-over - Saying that this section is for alterna, greeri, thayeri, mex mex, and ruthveni.

The problem is that a single person implemented the system by themselves, and stayed up all night doing it, to the detriment of other tasks.
