I am also wondering about this. I will be spending about a week in Key Largo in April and I am going to go looking for some Burms or pretty much any other constrictor I can find. I am willing to bring them back home with me if I find any. I don't see this being a problem for me taking them home but is there any law that says I can't take them ? I would think not because they aren't supposed to be there in the first place.
